Our mission
To provide high-quality, safe and nurturing care packages that place the child at the centre of everything we do, enabling every young person to build a positive future.
LF Pathway Solutions Ltd is a children's social care staffing provider established to deliver safe, stable and nurturing care packages. We specialise in providing trained care professionals who deliver relationship-based, individualised support for young people who have experienced instability, trauma or early adversity.

To provide high-quality, safe and nurturing care packages that place the child at the centre of everything we do, enabling every young person to build a positive future.
A future in which every child and young person in care has access to stable, supportive care where they can thrive emotionally, socially, educationally and physically.
Every young person has the right to feel physically and emotionally safe.
We honour each young person's identity, background and voice.
We work openly and honestly with commissioners, families and professionals.
We strive for the highest standards in every aspect of our practice.
We lead with empathy, patience and understanding.
Holds a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care with over 27 years of experience in the sector, ensuring our practice is informed by decades of direct experience supporting children, young people and vulnerable adults.
Holds a NEBOSH qualification in Health and Safety, underpinning our commitment to safe working environments, risk management and robust health and safety practice across all operations.
As a newly established provider we carry no legacy caseload, so every placement receives direct director involvement. Our full governance infrastructure was built before our first referral: a 27-policy library, a mapped training matrix and a secure digital recording system already live and in use.
LF Pathway Solutions Ltd is a registered limited company operating as an unregulated provider of care services. We do not hold Ofsted registration and we do not provide residential accommodation — we supply trained care professionals who deliver care packages within settings arranged by the placing authority. We benchmark our practice against statutory guidance for supported accommodation and 16+ provision, and maintain rigorous internal quality assurance and safeguarding standards.
Safeguarding is our highest priority, led by a designated safeguarding lead with clear escalation routes. All staff are DBS-checked through safer recruitment, trained against a mapped training matrix, and supported by regular supervision and appraisal. Monthly audits, feedback from young people and exportable local authority record packs mean commissioners get auditable evidence, not assurances.
